Like everyone, I was shocked and pained to hear of Yossi’s untimely petirah.
A few years ago, my family was dealing with a challenging situation that was new to us, and I needed guidance.
When Yossi learned of this, he stepped in immediately, and I remember well that he not only took out the time to work through the challenge with us by arranging numerous calls and conversations, but even made a few hours available one night to set up meetings on my behalf and then attend them with me.
During that difficult time he was a steady hand, a calm voice of reason and he aggressively pursued a solution for us, making it clear that we were not facing our issue alone.
